Tara Strigler is a passionate Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in NJ, who earned her undergraduate degree from Hampton University and her graduate degree from William Paterson University mental and clinical counseling program. Tara is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals facing challenges related to depression, anxiety, trauma, and phobias. Her professional journey is rooted in a commitment to providing culturally competent and inclusive support, with a particular focus on the unique needs of the African American, Hispanic & LGBTQ+ communities.
