Tamara is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor. She has worked in various mental health settings. Her experience spans across diverse populations including at risk youth, domestic violence/sexual assault victims, federal inmates and dually diagnosed group home residents. A major focus in her work has been helping manage stress, trauma and conflict resolution by teaching coping and solution skills for positive change. Her treatment modalities include person centered, cognitive and dialectical behavior therapy. She is determined to offer a safe space for you to share your journey resulting in a positive partnership. Tamara enjoys cooking, football, museums, old movies and songs.
