Tabby Sapene, LISW-S

Therapist

Tabby Sapene is a licensed independent social worker supervisor (LISW-S) who works with adolescent and adult clients. She specializes in anxiety, stress, generational trauma, and mind, body, emotion, and spiritual balance using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and other modalities to help her clients make progress toward being the best version of themselves.

Her style and approach are a good fit for adults, young adults, and teens who may be dealing with the challenges of life transitions and generational trauma. This often takes the form of anxiety, depression, stress, and lack of self-love and coping skills. She works to help her clients navigate these transition periods and to build skills to allow them to feel better about themselves and develop a more positive outlook on life and the ability to navigate through life more grounded and secure in themselves.

Tabby’s communication style is calm, accommodating, and personable. She wants my clients to feel comfortable talking with her about anything. Many of her former clients state that she has a “motherly, nurturing energy” which she uses to hold the space for sessions and also to help clients see what different approaches they can use for healing.

In her free time, Tabby enjoys Reading, cooking, and being in nature.
