Sydnie (she/her) has recently moved to Idaho after living in Arkansas for four years. She received her Bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in biology from the University of Arkansas. Sydnie is currently getting her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lindsey Wilson College. Sydnie’s focuses are Adlerian, Brief, and Person-Centered therapies. Her goal for clients is to be the driver of their experience, create attainable goals, become comfortable with the uncomfortable, and feel welcome in the counseling environment. When Sydnie isn’t studying or working on school work, she enjoys cooking, baking, running, and hanging out with her dogs and husband.
