I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and board-approved supervisor with over a decade of experience in behavioral health. I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Prescott College and have pursued extensive training in trauma treatment, crisis stabilization, relationships, human sexuality, and suicide prevention. I’ve worked in both community and private mental-health settings supporting adults, teens, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and life transitions.
My approach blends creativity, compassion, and evidence-based practice to help people clarify what matters most and move through challenges with authenticity and self-compassion.
