Bio

Susan has an enthusiasm for helping individuals thrive in their lives and in all kinds of relationships.  Susan’s goal in therapy is to provide a comfortable environment while meeting clients where they are at in their journey.  She believes everyone has a variety of inner resources/existing strengths that just need to be tapped into so they can live a lifestyle that they can be truly proud of.

Susan has a background working with adolescents in educational settings, outpatient, partial hospitalization and residential treatment centers.  Her areas of interest include adjustment disorders, eating disorders, chemical health issues, anxiety, depression and trauma.

Susan’s therapeutic approach integrates a variety of interventions based on client needs.  Susan tends to gravitate towards using an integrated therapeutic approach combining narrative, cognitive behavioral, person-centered and solution focused therapy.

Outside of work, Susan enjoys playing with her four kids and puppies which her camera roll would suggest.  She also loves dancing, traveling and laughing as often as possible.
