Sunny works with individuals navigating trauma, PTSD, systemic violence and oppression, codependency, and women’s issues. She is passionate about helping clients connect with their strengths and build meaningful, lasting change.

Sunny is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who earned both her Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Colorado Denver. Her approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy with person-centered and feminist perspectives, creating a collaborative and empowering therapeutic space.

With over 10 years of experience in cultural diversity and sensitivity, Sunny prioritizes creating an inclusive, affirming environment where clients feel seen, supported, and able to grow.

Outside of the therapy room, Sunny enjoys making pottery, practicing pilates, building community, and spending time with her puppy, Winnie.
