Therapist

Dr. Sukriti Gupta is a licensed mental health counselor with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. She provides both in-person and virtual therapy sessions, specializing in child, adolescent, couple, and family therapy through a culturally responsive and integrative approach. Fluent in English and Hindi, Sukriti is committed to making therapy accessible and relevant to diverse clients.

Grounded in a relational and systemic framework, Sukriti honors each client’s unique role within their family and broader social context. Using an attachment-informed lens, she helps clients explore how early relationships and intergenerational patterns influence present-day dynamics. This fosters deeper self-awareness, stronger connections, and meaningful relational growth.

Sukriti’s therapeutic approach blends cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, and systems theory, all tailored to meet the individual needs of her clients. She views the therapeutic process as a collaborative journey, empowering clients to build on their strengths, overcome challenges, and create lasting, positive change.

In addition to therapy, Sukriti is skilled in conducting psychological assessments to identify underlying emotional or behavioral concerns. She employs a coaching model to help clients set realistic goals and navigate obstacles with confidence, resilience, and effective coping strategies. Above all, she cultivates a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and capable of transformation.
