Steph is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker with a focus on children and early adolescents. She brings a humorous, open-minded and relational approach to her work with clients in individual therapy. Steph believes all human beings deserve support and connection and that “no one should walk alone” on this journey called life. Steph places a strong emphasis on attachment, regulation and skills work in her therapeutic practice. She enjoys approaching sessions in ways that benefit and engage each client which may include board games, coloring and/or other individualized activities. She is trained in two evidence-based modalities for trauma: Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
Outside of being a therapist, Steph is a fanatic of the TV show 911 and enjoys getting her energy out and staying active via activities such as tumbling. She also loves all things pink, and of course, her small but mighty dog.
