Stephanie is a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Social Worker and Certified First Responder Counselor committed to empowering clients through a supportive, nonjudgmental space for healing and personal growth. She earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Dominican University and is deeply passionate about helping individuals on their journey toward mental wellness, resilience, and self-discovery.
With over a decade of experience in law enforcement and social service agencies, Stephanie discovered her passion for mental health and her drive to make a meaningful impact on individuals and communities. She specializes in supporting clients through life transitions, trauma, relationship stress, and illness, utilizing a variety of evidence-based approaches. In addition, she has extensive experience working with first responders, providing a safe and supportive space to process trauma, build resilience, and prioritize their overall well-being.
She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and Motivational Interviewing, using a strengths-based and solution-focused approach to empower each individual to heal and grow. Believing that every client is unique, she tailors her methods to meet their specific needs, helping them discover the tools and insights necessary to become the best version of themselves.
She has experience working with a diverse range of clients, from adolescents to older adults. Her goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel safe, heard, and understood. Whatever challenges you may be facing, she is here to offer guidance and support every step of the way.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son and dog. She stays grounded through Pilates, yoga, reading, and self-care—practices that help her bring balance and authenticity to her work. She believes in helping clients create meaningful, lasting change and reminds them that they never have to face life’s challenges alone.
