Stephanie Freedman is a compassionate therapist dedicated to helping clients navigate life’s challenges and find clarity in their personal journeys. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of New Hampshire and her Master’s in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia. Stephanie has returned to Massachusetts to support others in healing and growth.

She works with children, teens, and adults, specializing in anxiety, ADHD, depression, self-esteem, trauma, and life transitions, with a focus on helping teens and young adults explore identity and personal development.

Using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Stephanie incorporates creative techniques inspired by play and art therapy to create a supportive and engaging environment. She helps clients break free from anxiety, shame, and self-doubt, building resilience, self-compassion, and inner strength along the way.
