Stacy DiCristofaro, LMSW, OTR/L, RYT

Therapist

Stacy is a Licensed Master Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, and Registered Yoga Teacher with more than two decades of experience supporting children, teens, and families across school, clinic, and community settings. She integrates evidence-based mental health modalities with a deep understanding of child development, sensory processing, and mind–body wellness.

Stacy specializes in anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation, family stress, school-related challenges, and life transitions. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based—blending playful engagement, trauma-informed practices, and somatic tools that help clients feel safer, calmer, and more empowered. She values authenticity, compassion, and the importance of meeting clients exactly where they are.

At Ellie, Stacy is dedicated to helping young people build resilience, strengthen family connections, and develop practical skills they can use in everyday life. She believes healing happens within relationships—both with oneself and with others—and creates a supportive, nurturing space where children and families can grow with confidence.
