Sheridan enjoys working with children, their parents, and young adults. In her work, she is inspired by the brilliance, beauty, and value that each individual possesses. Her hope is to provide a space for people to be fully and freely themselves. Sheridan has provided trauma-informed play therapy to children experiencing homelessness. She has also provided in person and virtual services to individuals in outpatient settings. Sheridan utilizes the power of relationship and techniques from transpersonal therapy, play therapy, internal family systems, and narrative therapy to collaborate with her clients in their journey to find healing and wholeness. She specializes in working with individuals experiencing life transitions, grief/loss, anxiety, perfectionism, spiritual trauma, and questions of identity and spirituality.
