Sheridan (she/her) holds an M.S. in Counseling & Human Development with a focus in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Radford University. She provides in-person and telehealth therapy for adolescents, teens, young adults, and adults. Sheridan supports clients navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, stress, life transitions, and communication challenges. Her integrative approach incorporates Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Multicultural Counseling, and Mindfulness. Sheridan is dedicated to creating a safe, affirming space where clients feel heard, empowered, and supported in expressing their authentic selves and working collaboratively toward meaningful growth and personal goals.
