Shea’s own journey has provided her with insight, knowledge, and experience to support individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and ADHD. Her passion is working with and advocating for neurodivergent individuals. Shea wants to help clients gain the knowledge and skill to stand up to the challenges of life, but more importantly, let clients know they are not alone in their struggles. Shea values authenticity and using strength-based approaches in session. She has experience using a variety of evidenced-based interventions to support client’s individual needs. Shea also knows the value of the parent-child relationship and can help parents understand and learn how to be supportive of their child or teen using the therapeutic process.
