“You are not broken. You are breaking through.” — Alex Myles
Sharon Seiler, an LMSW, offers in-person and virtual therapy in Kingwood, Texas, and surrounding areas.
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected? I’m here to help. I provide a warm, non-judgmental, and client-centered space where you can feel safe, heard, and supported throughout your journey.
I work in a compassionate, collaborative approach grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed modalities like Trauma-Focused CBT and Prolonged Exposure Therapy. I also integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), exposure therapy, and nature-based interventions like walk-and-talk therapy to support holistic healing.
My background includes extensive experience working with children, teens, adults, vibrant older adults, parents, coparents, foster and adopted youth, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and people with different abilities.
I earned my master’s in social work from the University of Houston and hold a bachelor’s degree in nutrition, which allows me to bring a holistic perspective to the therapeutic process. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, BPD, ASD, eating disorders, suicide intensity, relationship challenges, or life transitions, I’ll meet you where you are with compassion and curiosity to help you reconnect with your strengths and move forward with confidence.
When I’m not in session, I love gardening, hiking the trails around Houston, and spending time with my kids.
