Sharee earned her Masters in Marital and Family Therapy from Capella University and her Bachelor’s in Communication from George Mason University. She is an author and Army veteran who has facilitated grief support groups, served as a panelist and guest lecturer. She has a passion for helping couples, individuals, families, teens, and veterans experience better relationships and life satisfaction. Sharee uses a unique blend of Solutions Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, motivational interviewing, and a deep understanding of people to help her clients find solutions, increase distress tolerance, manage emotions, replace unhelpful thoughts, change undesirable behavior, and rewrite their stories.
