Shaelyn is a therapist committed to helping clients achieve their goals and creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space. She received her Master’s degree in Social Work from Boston College and takes a trauma-informed approach rooted in solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy.
Shaelyn primarily works with adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing concerns such as trauma and post-traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, stress, behavioral concerns, mood disorders, and family dynamics. Shaelyn is excited to work with you in creating a safe and trusting environment to work collaboratively towards your goals.
