Sean enjoys working with teenagers, young adults, and middle aged adults ages 12 and older who may be struggling with various issues in their lives or just seeking a different perspective in how they look at themselves or the world. By providing a compassionate, authentic, and knowledgeable environment, he hopes to use his knowledge to help others with discovering their own willpower, insight, strength, and truth into finding what works for them to improve their lives.
Sean is a pre-licensed therapist who works with individuals who struggle with past trauma, depression, anxiety, issues with anger, adjustment/life transitions, low self-esteem, problematic sexual behaviors/sexual issues, multicultural issues, substance abuse/dual diagnosis, criminal behavior/thinking, and interpersonal relationship issues. In addition, Sean also specialized in psychological assessment of individuals ages 6 and up.
On his free time, Sean enjoys hiking, ice-fishing, snowmobiling, cooking, exploring new restaurants, and exercising.
