Scott is a trauma-informed, client-centered therapist with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. He is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel empowered and understood, while exploring their thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. Scott’s approach allows clients to get a better understanding of themselves, as they work towards creating meaningful change in their life.

He has experience working in both college and residential settings, supporting young adults navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, interpersonal relationships, life transitions, self-esteem, and identity development. He has also worked with individuals of all ages, helping them navigate workplace challenges and explore career transitions. 

Scott takes a collaborative and relational approach, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Positive Psychology, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while supporting clients in their journey of self-discovery and growth.
