Sarah is a dedicated mental health clinician with a strong focus on positive behavior strategies, trauma-informed care, and EMDR therapy. With nearly a decade of experience working with clients aged 12 and up, Sarah specializes in helping individuals manage and reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, and anger.
Sarah earned a Master’s degree in. Social Work from the University of New Hampshire in 2013 and has since completed specialized training in EMDR therapy through Thrive. Currently working toward licensure, Sarah is committed to supporting clients in navigating life’s challenges and uncovering recurring patterns of negative thoughts and behaviors that may impact their well-being.
