Sarah is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in Florida. She has worked primarily in community-based mental health facilities. She has experience treating a range of conditions including depression, anxiety, personality disorders, trauma and substance abuse.
Sarah is mindful of how difficult it can be to take the step to seek out counseling, and is passionate about providing clients with a safe, supportive environment, to explore their thoughts and feelings. Sarah incorporates a variety of different modalities including CBT, DBT, and client centered to best meet the needs of her clients. Sarah stives to provide her clients with the tools to live their most authentic lives.
Outside of session, Sarah enjoys spending time at the beach and watching her favorite Netflix shows.
