Sarah is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Wyoming and holds a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. With over 9 years of experience as a counselor in Wyoming, Sarah is committed to equipping her clients with the tools and resources needed to navigate life’s challenges.
Sarah’s clinical interests include anxiety, depression, stress management, burnout, trauma, self-esteem, panic disorder, grief, and bipolar disorder. Sarah utilizes therapeutic modalities such as CBT, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and EMDR to support clients in becoming the best version of themselves in a safe and nonjudgmental environment.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time with her husband, two dogs (Solstice and Sam), and Galah Cockatoo, Pinkerton.
