Sandra is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) who earned her BA in psychology from Indiana University Kokomo and holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University. Through her clinical training and professional experience, she has developed experience supporting adults, individuals, and couples in therapeutic settings. She is committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and collaborative environment where clients feel supported throughout their healing process.

Sandra’s therapeutic approach is rooted in a client-centered foundation, drawing from Internal Family Systems, Person-Centered Therapy, and other evidence-based practice to support each clients unique needs and goals. She is passionate about helping individuals foster personal growth, develop self- compassion, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. Sandra enjoys working with adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-esteem. Outside of per professional work, Sandra finds joy in spending time with her family and children as well as exploring nature.
