Sally is a compassionate therapist with a background working in special education as well as community mental health, where she has supported individuals and families through a wide range of experiences.
Sally specializes in trauma, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, and works with individuals, couples, families, teens, and adults. She is trained in EMDR and gender-affirming care letter writing. Her therapeutic approach is integrative, combining EMDR, person-centered therapy, psychodynamic principles, and creative and expressive arts. Sally’s work is also neurodivergent-affirming and rooted in compassion, curiosity, and respect.
