Sadie Jensen M.Ed., NCC is a compassionate therapist with a masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Auburn University. She uses a person-centered approach grounded in authenticity and empathy to build meaningful, trusting relationships with clients. Sadie specializes in play therapy with young children and supports individuals with developmental disabilities such as ADHD and Autism, as well as those experiencing severe trauma, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, and personality disorders. She integrates CBT, DBT, and Gestalt therapy to promote self-awareness, emotional regulation, and meaningful behavioral change through mindfulness, insight, and practical coping strategies. Sadie welcomes children, adolescents, and adults into a warm, supportive space for healing.
