Rose Montgomery, LCSW


Rose is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who finds great fulfillment from establishing a safe space for meaningful conversations. With a background in Psychology and Social Work, she brings a wealth of experience to her practice, guiding clients to prioritize self-care while recognizing that each person is the expert on their own life. Throughout her career, Rose has held various positions in social work, refining a blended and holistic approach to therapy.

Her diverse interventions encompass addressing mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, incorporating techniques like cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, grief therapy, pre & postpartum depression, goal setting, addressing relationship concerns, solution-focused strategies, person-centered therapy, empowerment theory, and more. As a trauma-informed and strengths-based therapist, Rose is committed to creating a personalized therapeutic experience with opportunities for in person or telehealth sessions. She is dedicated to assisting clients on their unique journeys toward healing and well-being. On her spare time, Rose enjoys dancing, gathering with friends & family, and most of all…traveling.
