Rick has a PhD in psychology and is licensed as a professional counselor and mental health service provider who has been serving the behavioral health needs of Middle Tennessee since 1998. He has extensive experience in mental health care, business development, and clinical leadership. He is a board-approved license supervisor for professional counselors and has given countless trainings to local and federal agencies on mental health care. One of his greatest passions is serving other as a behavioral health clinician and a clinical supervisor.
