Rebecca brings a warm and collaborative clinical approach, fostering therapeutic connections for goal achievement and improved self-esteem. With a background in Neuropsychology and an MSW from the University of New Hampshire, she has diverse experience assisting children and families facing challenges such as homelessness, substance use, and involvement with the child welfare system. Drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care, Rebecca is dedicated to guiding others through life’s complexities. Outside of her work, she enjoys attending community soccer games and hiking with her husband and Miniature Poodle, Leo.
