Raquel is an LGPC who is passionate about supporting clients through life’s challenges while fostering insight, healing, and personal growth. She creates a warm, collaborative space where clients feel supported and empowered. One of the most meaningful parts of her work is witnessing clients’ internal growth and helping them build insight, resilience, and confidence.
Raquel has experience working across the lifespan and specializes in working with middle school, high school, and college-aged clients navigating anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem, stress, and life transitions.
Her approach is person-centered and tailored to each client’s needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems, and other evidence-based modalities to support meaningful, lasting change.
