I have a holistic (mind, body, spirit) perspective utilizing a strengths-based approach to support you with meeting your mental health needs. I have worked with individuals, children, adolescents, and families. I strive to ensure that everyone feels safe and supported with their counseling process. I am certified in cognitive behavioral approaches for children and adults. I will assist you to learn new skills to help with anxiety, depression, trauma, and child behavioral challenges. Counseling is not always easy, but I will walk with you through your journey and will be there to support you every step of the way.
