Rachel Rambler has experience providing counseling services across academic settings, ranging from elementary school to college. She is committed to creating a therapeutic space where clients are heard, seen, and supported. Rachel uses strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches to foster self-compassion, resilience, and autonomy. She integrates evidence-based practices – such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and motivational interviewing – while tailoring treatment to each individual’s needs. Rachel’s goal is to collaborate with clients as they navigate growth, progress, and healing. She is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern and is currently pursuing licensure.
