Rachel Kirkpatrick, MSW/LSW

Therapist

Hello! My approach to the therapeutic process is deeply rooted in a strengths-based, exploratory framework that prioritizes empowerment and self-discovery. I believe that healing begins by creating a safe, collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences, gain self-awareness, and develop new coping strategies.

A core aspect of my work is the therapeutic relationship itself. I view the connection between therapist and client as a key tool in fostering growth and healing. By cultivating trust, respect, and understanding, we can work together to uncover patterns, process emotions, and move toward lasting change.

While I enjoy working with a vast array of challenges and types of clients, I specialize in children and adults struggling with life transitions, trauma, or anxiety. My therapeutic approach is tailored to each individual, drawing on evidence-based practices such as mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral techniques, EMDR, and psychodynamic approaches, all within a compassionate and non-judgmental framework.

If you’re seeking a therapist who values your unique story and is committed to walking with you in your healing process, I would be honored to work together.

In my time outside of the office, you can find me exploring the great outdoors, baking, or playing volleyball!
