Rachael Wagner, LAPC

Therapist

Rachael is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. She provides individual, couples, and family therapy to kids, adolescents, and adults navigating a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, life transitions, relationship difficulties, mood disorders, and challenges related to stress, self-esteem, and emotional well-being. Rachael has experience working with a diverse age range, with a particular focus on young adults.

She utilizes an integrative approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care to support clients in developing insight, emotional regulation, healthier coping strategies, and meaningful personal growth. Rachael strives to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe exploring their experiences, strengthening relationships, and working toward their goals.

Rachael has always been passionate about psychology and is deeply fascinated by the idea that each person experiences the world through their own unique perspective. She believes therapy is a collaborative process that honors everyone’s story, strengths, and capacity for growth. Her goal is to help clients feel empowered, understood, and equipped to create lasting, positive changes in their lives.
