Patricia Lutz, MA, LPC, E-RYT

Therapist

Patricia Lutz is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She brings a calm, compassionate, and collaborative approach to therapy, creating a space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.

As a therapist, Patricia has experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, mood concerns, relationship and attachment challenges, life transitions, neurodivergence, dissociation, and ongoing stress. She is especially attuned to how emotional challenges can show up both mentally and physically, and she helps clients build greater self-awareness, regulation, and resilience over time.

Patricia’s therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and mind-body based. She integrates evidence-based and experiential modalities tailored to each client’s needs, including:

• Somatic and mind-body therapy
• Internal Family Systems (IFS)
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Art-based interventions, when appropriate

With over 12 years of experience in yoga, meditation, and somatic practices, Patricia brings a strong understanding of how stress and emotions live in the body. Her goal is to help clients feel more grounded, connected, and capable of navigating life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence.

Outside of her clinical work, Patricia values mindfulness, movement, and practices that support balance and well-being.
