Olivia Summitt, MA

Therapist

Olivia practices counseling with the perspective that humans develop behaviors to serve some sort of purpose. She offers guidance and support for when those behaviors are no longer necessary or are no longer serving the purpose that was intended. Olivia strives to assist clients in developing a balance in how they both experience and express emotions, with the belief that there is no “”bad”” emotion. She has experience working with clients who struggle with mood disorders, role transitions, interpersonal conflict, and trauma/PTSD. She has a special interest in working with clients who have ADHD, OCD and other obsessive-compulsive related disorders.
