Life is not easy. We’ve all had our share of difficulty, heartache, loss, pain or suffering. And while these experiences are simply part of being human, they don’t have to define you or hold you back…and you don’t have to go through it alone. There are times when we are overwhelmed and reaching out for help is the most brave and beneficial first step you can take. My focus in therapy is to offer a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing and working through your struggles. My goal is to help you harness your strengths and empower you to effectively manage challenges, while guiding you towards a healthy, more fulfilling life.
I follow an integrative approach, tailored to the unique needs and experiences of each client. I incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and a person-centered approach as I feel everyone has the capacity to find solutions and make positive changes for themselves. Our sessions will be centered around successfully utilizing strategies to better navigate life’s roadblocks, with a goal of achieving optimal mental health.
Life doesn’t have to be a series of things that happen to us; we have the power to reshape what comes next.
