Niki is a licensed mental health therapist who provides individual therapy to older children, adolescents, and adults. She believes in a strengths-based approach to help people navigate internal and external problems they face.

She has experience providing therapy to people struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, and life changes. She also has multiple years of experience working with Neurodivergent individuals and welcomes the opportunity to continue to support this population. She also welcomes the voices of multi-racial, multicultural, and LGBTQ+ individuals. She believes every person has a story shaped by their own experiences and her goal is to offer support to all journeys.

Niki embraces concepts of Humanism, Interpersonal Therapy, Stages of Change, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. While Niki is not specifically trained in trauma therapies at this time, she believes that trauma and grief are very important aspects of people’s experiences that should be properly supported. In general, Niki enjoys exploring strengths (as well as challenges) and joining clients in humor they see in their situations as a part of moving forward.

On a personal note, Niki enjoys animals, time with her family, long walks (during good weather), baking, the food network, and music of many genres.
