Nicole Stark, LCSW

Nicole is a therapist committed to helping people live the best quality life that they can. She believes everyone faces battles in life and not one single person is immune. Therapy allows you to work through those battles and we are here to help with that! She has over 20 years experience in social services. 11 of those years she has worked as a therapist. She has worked on an inpatient psychiatric unit with severely mentally ill individuals as well as numerous other positions in her life. She has worked in the jail system with individuals incarcerated dealing with mental health issues. She has worked with intellectually disabled, elderly, couples, and children as well. She has also spent many years in the emergency room working with individuals in crisis. She has worked with about every age and every illness. It brings her great joy to watch someone turn things around with the assistance of therapy. It truly is amazing to see what it can do. She has also spent many years supervising staff and students. She takes great pride in assisting people to continue to learn and to improve as a clinician. She brings many years of experience to Ellie Mental Health as the Clinic Director. She is excited to see the positive impact we can have on this community. On a personal note, she is a mom of three grown children. Her life has always revolved around them. Her greatest pleasure is time spent with her family. She loves to travel, take new adventures, hike, and just enjoy nature.
