Nicole is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in Florida who holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has worked in community-based, private practice, and residential settings with both children and adults. Her background includes experience in the mental health, social work, and criminal justice fields. Nicole has experience treating a range of conditions and specializes in treating adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship issues.

Nicole believes in a collaborative, person-centered approach to help her clients live healthier, more positive lives. She provides a safe and nonjudgemental space for client’s to be their authentic selves and engage in self-exploration and growth. Nicole incorporates humor and utilizes various modalities, including CBT, psychodynamic, and mindfulness. Nicole prides herself on her ability to connect and build strong relationships with her clients to help them feel seen and empowered.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys working out, spending time outdoors, and being a foodie who enjoys trying new restaurants.
