I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW#76911) with more than a decade’s experience in mental health. My work has focused on assisting adults, of all ages, identify important relationships and navigate uncertain life transitions. My therapeutic approach comes from Psychodynamic, CBT, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused models. Additionally, my therapeutic style is informed by my experience as a first generation college graduate and son of a single-parent immigrant.
These experiences exposed me to diverse ethnic, education, gender, socioeconomic, urban and rural groups. Through collaboration, my aim is to strengthen clients’ sense of identity, values, and fulfilling relationships.
The work we do together will be to make meaning of the past, build hope for the future and honor the present moment.
