Neha grew up in the DFW area before getting her Master’s in Couple and Family Therapy from the University of Maryland – College Park. She is specially trained in relational health and loves working with couples and families as well as teenagers and young adults in individual therapy. She has a passion for working with depression, anxiety, intersectionality & systemic influences on mental health, and BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ mental health. Neha strongly believes that everyone is on their own journey and works closely with clients to create a space in therapy that is uniquely beneficial to them. In her free time, Neha can be found spending time with family and friends, catching up on the latest TV show, and taking a walk outside to enjoy some beautiful scenery.
