It can be exhausting to cope with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief/loss, life adjustments and relationship issues. Nausheen’s goal is to offer a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients can gain awareness and self-reliance to reach their fullest potential. She focuses on behavioral changes, symptom relief and realistic strategies to overcome obstacles. She utilizes an integrative approach to therapy drawing from various modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), Trauma focused, Existential and Family Systems theories.
