Clinical Manager

Natasha Ramnauth Serves as the Clinical Manager. She received her Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health from Rollins College and is dually licensed as a LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor) and a LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist). Natasha is also a Qualified Supervisor for both licenses. Her work experience over the past 15 years includes inpatient mental health programs, community agencies, school-based prevention programs and at a local university as a counselor and supervisor as well as an adjunct Faculty member. Natasha has experience working with individuals, couples, groups and families from diverse racial, ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds dealing with various issues including self-esteem, equity issues, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, guilt and shame, stress, relationships, trauma and life transitions. Her passion lies in helping others to identify their strengths and building the skills to lead a healthy and happy life. Her approach utilizes Psychoanalytic Therapy to access the root of the concern as well Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy and integrating other interventions from multicultural counseling, interpersonal process, existentialism, and client-centered orientations. Natasha is also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) which she uses with clients dealing with Trauma. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, Natasha also works with couples and families and incorporates interventions from Family Systems Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Counseling and The Gottman Method.
