Nandini received her Master of Social Work in Clinical Mental Health from University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.

Nandini’s expertise includes but is not limited to trauma work, anxiety, major depression, communication skills, couples work, infidelity, bipolar disorder, and schizoaffective disorder. Nandini has worked extensively with the Indigenous, Latinx, Asian and Homeless populations and takes cultural practices into consideration in her work with clients. Nandini also works with adolescents, young adults and older adults.

Nandini focuses on building relationships with her clients first through using strengths based approaches, elevation of client self-esteem, and modeling healthy boundaries. She then uses a combination of Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral techniques in teaching clients self-regulation and healthy coping skills before starting the hard work.

What you can expect as a client of Nandini’s: She will work hard to gain your trust, you will NOT be judged, you will be supported, and you will be met with compassion and kindness. The work you do will be hard but Nandini will be alongside you in your journey to healing.

Outside of work you can usually find Nandini spending time with her husband and 6 year old son.
