Monique (she/her) is a graduate of Alfred University’s school counseling and mental health counseling Masters programs. She has trained and practiced in TF-CBT (trauma-focused cognitive behavioral treatment), SFBT (solution-focused brief treatment), mindfulness and holistic mental health management. She has worked as a Telehealth mental health practitioner in NY as well as a school counselor in NYC and Florida. She is currently working toward her LMHC in Florida.
