Molly (she/her) strongly believes in seeing people as individuals, not as diagnoses, and uses a therapeutic approach that is client-centered, client-directed, and strengths-based. Her style is eclectic, drawing on various modalities and interventions, but always full of empathy, compassion, curiosity, humor, authenticity, and respect. Having worked in a variety of settings including community-based mental health, hospitals, and schools, she enjoys exploring identity and role changes during major life events and transitions. She believes in the power of building positive and cooperative relationships with our patterns and emotions, especially anxiety. Molly is trained in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International and has previously worked as a therapist in a hospital obstetrics setting; she is especially passionate about supporting individuals and couples in their reproductive journeys.
