Molly is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and provides therapy to children, teens, young adults, families, expectant and new mothers, and adult women. Areas of clinical focus include mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, behavioral issues, family conflict, trauma, transition and phase of life difficulty, perinatal and postnatal mental health, and women’s mental health. Molly has experience working in various settings including in home family therapy, day treatment, residential treatment, inpatient, partial hospitalization programs, and outpatient clinics. She is also a certified yoga instructor with a special focus on trauma informed yoga and prenatal/postnatal yoga.

Molly believes strongly in practicing a mind body approach to promote healing that looks at a person as an integrated whole. She strives to provide a safe and supportive environment in which individuals can feel comfortable to explore, create, and be open to change. Molly incorporates traditional talk therapy, mindfulness, relaxation, breath awareness, CBT, TF-CBT, and IPT-A to best meet the needs of clients.

In her free time, Molly enjoys spending time with her family and two wild dogs. She enjoys reading, paddle boarding, yoga, walks with the dogs, and watching movies.
