Michelle works with children (5+), adolescents, and adults, supporting clients through anxiety, emotional regulation, peer relationships, school stress, life transitions, and behavioral change. With a strengths-based, relational, and solution-focused approach, she helps clients feel heard, empowered, and reconnected with their authentic selves.

She has a special interest in working with caregivers, educators, and parents, and other adults navigating identity, boundaries, and parenting challenges. Michelle is passionate about creating a warm, collaborative space for building insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

Outside of work, she enjoys paddle boarding, travel, live music, photography, and adventuring with her Labrador puppy, Juniper.
