Michele is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She works with individuals to discover resilience and perseverance by working through barriers and building strength in their self-awareness along the way, believing that through self-acceptance, change is possible. She works with adults 18 and older who are struggling to manage life transitions, anxiety, depression, navigate difficult relationships, improve self-worth and with those who may be struggling to cope with experiences related to trauma and/or complex family dynamics. Michele incorporates Mindfulness with REBT, CBT, behavioral, ACT and solution-focused techniques. In addition to individual therapy, she specializes in parent guidance and support. With 14yrs experience as a parent coach and 10 years experience as a childcare provider, she works with parents of varying dynamics to better understand their child(ren)’s development and learn how to more effectively engage when addressing challenges related to behavior.
